Terms of Service

Flagon is operated by the individuals behind the Flagon product, based in India. Flagon is not yet incorporated as a company; references to "we" mean the operators of Flagon. You can reach us at support@flagon.ai.

Flagon lets you and your visitors start voice sessions in which an AI agent operates a live web browser to demonstrate or navigate a website you choose. The service is provided for legitimate business use, such as product demos and guided walkthroughs.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flagon. You agree to:

• provide accurate account information and keep it up to date;
• keep your login credentials secure; and
• be responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

When using Flagon, you agree not to:

• point the agent at websites you do not own or lack permission to automate, access, or demonstrate;
• use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its providers; or
• use Flagon to collect data in violation of a third party's rights or terms.

You are solely responsible for the target URLs you provide and how the agent is used against them.

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes, and is the seller of record for your purchase. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's own terms.

Usage may be metered (for example, per minute of voice session time) as described at checkout or on the pricing page. Fees are charged in advance or on a usage basis depending on your plan. Except where required by law, refunds are handled through Paddle in line with our refund practices; contact support@flagon.ai for billing questions.

Flagon and its software, branding, and content are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide (such as your target URLs, agent instructions, and uploaded knowledge). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Flagon relies on third-party providers (including cloud hosting, AI/voice, and browser-automation services) and interacts with websites you specify. We do not control those third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.

Flagon uses AI to interpret speech and operate a browser. AI can make mistakes, misread pages, or take unintended actions. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should not rely on the agent for critical actions without review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of Flagon. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using Flagon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required to protect the service or third parties. On termination, your right to use Flagon ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Flagon after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in India.
